Hotel Consort Shin-Osaka, Osaka

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The location was very convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. The rooms, although a bit cramped for three people, were decently clean despite the evident smell of smoke in the smoking room. The service, while kind, had some rigidity in adhering to rules. The dining options offered a good mix of Japanese and Western choices, although nothing particularly extravagant. The facilities were adequate, but there were some missed opportunities for improvement.

Being right next to the train tracks was a bit of a concern for me, despite the room having all the usual amenities. The service was friendly and checking in and out was hassle-free, although I wished they had moved us to a quieter room considering the hotel's size.
